Written Statement of Ownership

Website, Domain & Brand Ownership

Plain language. Plain rights. Everything we build for Respond Property Solutions belongs to Respond Property Solutions.

The Seven Ownership Rights

What Belongs to Respond Property Solutions

This page exists so the answer is on the record, on the public website, and unambiguous. The seven rights below apply in full to Respond Property Solutions ("the Client") for the entire engagement with our agency partner and from any later date the Client chooses to transfer them.

1. The Domain

The domain respondpropertysolutions.com (including the www subdomain) belongs to the Client. The Client is the registered owner of record at the registrar.

2. The Website

The website — including the underlying code, templates, design system, assets, and configuration — belongs to the Client.

3. The Content

All content (copy, photography, video, downloads, structured-data) produced for the website belongs to the Client.

4. The Backlinks

All backlinks, citations, and digital PR placements built on the Client's behalf belong to the Client and follow the domain.

5. Full Admin Access

The Client has full administrator access to the hosting account, deployment platform, DNS, analytics, and any third-party tools connected to the site.

6. Full CMS Access

The Client has full CMS access — read, write, and publish — on the same permission level as the agency partner.

7. Transfer Rights — At Any Time

The Client may transfer the website, the domain, the content, and the backlinks to another vendor — or take them fully in-house — at any time, without penalty, with a written 5-business-day handover window for credential transfer.

In Plain English

If You Ever Want to Take It Elsewhere

You don't have to ask permission. You don't have to negotiate. You give us 5 business days, we hand over the domain registrar credentials, the GitHub repository, the Vercel project, the CMS roles, the analytics property, and any third-party integration keys. The site keeps working at the new vendor with no break. That's how it should be.

What "Belongs to You" Means In Practice

Six Concrete Examples

  • You can change registrars without our involvement.
  • You can fork the website code at any time and host it elsewhere.
  • You can re-license the copy, photography, and video to any other property or service.
  • You can take the backlink profile with you — none of it is rented or pooled across other clients.
  • You can revoke our admin/CMS access at any time, and we will not retain any working credentials.
  • You can request a complete archival export (code + content + media) inside the 5-business-day handover window.
